My Sounds
I love “soaking music” and lower frequencies with what I’ll describe as base tones. Just starting in the classroom, and Heavenly Alignment, Waterfalls & Nature are 🥰. I’m excited, but have a question. If I begin a sound and it immediately “turns me off” or isn’t pleasing to my ears or me… what do I do with that information? Do I continue to push through for research sake, or just make a simple note and move on? Also, where do we find the frequency numbers attached to the playlist so we can discover our frequencies?

Georgianne here, I am excited for this because I used music therapy with some of my ICU patients on ventilators when it was time to reduce sedation but they weren’t ready to breathe on their own. It worked wonders for a veteran who couldn’t have sedation, but had to be vented. For those who don’t know, think of breathing through a coffee straw, while feeling as if your lungs are full, it has a panic mode response since breathing is a primal brain function, so relaxation is key. Anyway, I am looking forward to learning more!
