I’ve got a lot going on so I’ve not remembered to nightly listen to the sleep frequency in the 30 day challenge. I can say when I have been intentional to listen to it before sleep that I felt very relaxed. It was easy to fall asleep. I started on the website so I go to it frequently to listen. For instance, anxiety is trying to bombard my soul today, but, we can’t be having that! I went to the calm frequency today. As I sit in the presence of the Lord listening to this frequency I can feel the winds of peace sweeping over me. Oh how I love the Lord and how He brings us into perfect alignment through beautiful tools like sound, vibration, and frequency. What a wonder you are Lord! I’m grateful!

Well !! I am serious blown away. I hope I can list all the positive changes. I am disabled and battle with lower spine stenosis, root cause being arthritus. Prayerfully I chose 852 Hz as a change Here is a list of benefits I personally experieced 1. For the first time in a long long time, I sleep like a toddler who had been playing on the beach all day. I could NOT believe the time was 5.09am when I was awoken by an alert on my phone for a whatsapp group that alerts the Hood to possible criminal activity in our immediate street. 2. I have have damaged nerves in my lower spine which causes neorophy (pains etc in feet) I had no pains in my feet last night. 3. while I was awake I could hear the 852 Hz clearly. When I woke up I thought my laptop was off!! but it was still on. My ears had got so used to the buzzing frequency the I could hardly hear it. 4. Overall, I have reduced joint pain and actually battled to get up...boby was screeming I NEEDED THAT !! lol I am very impressed. I am going to go for one frequency higher tonight. God bless you all 5. I forgot to mention. At some time during the best sleep I have had for many years, I distictly heard my name called "Gavin" I sat up and answer "YES" I was totally at rest, no fear, and I went back to sleep.
