Wrong order
Hi, I have just received a message of one of my buyers who has received the wrong print (not even a print I sell on my shop). I’m assuming the print has been messed up with someone else’s - how do I get this sorted please? Thanks!

@Charlotte Leigh I was wondering if someone’s customer had got mine on here too 😅 I was half expecting something like this to happen over Christmas tbf too! Print Shrimp have got back to me today sorting this so I’m sure you’ll hear back soon!
Changing Pricing
Hey! Is it possible to “bulk” change pricing across listings by any chance please? I have over 100 listings and planning to add more, so if I want to change my current price of my “A4” prints across all of my listings for example, is it possible to do this without going into each one individually? Thank you!

@Mihai Volintiriu ahhh I see, thanks Mihai! Would be helpful I suppose if possible to do by variation!

@Mihai Volintiriu I did give it a shot with Vela the other day but whatever I did messed up my USA and “other countries” prices - thankfully only tested against one listing and backed off after that! Will have to do some more research.
Christmas is coming... (Please Read!)
Hey everyone! I hate to be the one to mention Christmas in November, but it is just around the corner 😆 Christmas is the busiest time of the year to be selling wall art on Etsy. This is great, and often means a lot more sales and therefore ££! However, it can also lead to things you need to be aware of, such as delivery delays, closures, etc. We have put together a little document, going through everything you need to know about selling Wall Art on Etsy! PLEASE 🙏 READ 🙏 THIS 🙏 Christmas is an incredibly busy time of year and it helps us (and helps us help you!) if you are aware of everything to come in the next 6/7 weeks. Take a read on our website: https://www.printshrimp.com/blog/guide-to-christmas-etsy Or, I will attach the guide below :D Good luck everyone, I hope this season brings you plenty of joy but more importantly plenty of sales!!

PSA: Adding Tracking into Etsy after Completing an Order
Hey guys, Just a word of advice for newer sellers, as this always confuses people You can add in tracking onto Etsy, after dispatching an order as complete! Sometimes it takes 2-3 days for tracking to be available - so you don't need to wait for tracking to mark your order as complete! In fact, it is much worse to have an order late in Etsys eyes. Some people say conflicting info about whether you can do this or not, but imo this is best practice. I have 2 shops that are star sellers, and I always add my tracking after marking an order as complete. In fact I'm quite lazy and sometimes forget to add tracking some days - these shops are still star sellers 😆 Sometimes, the option is obvious and it actually says 'Add Tracking'. However, sometimes this often is gone. In that case, click into more actions, and then 'Add a Package'. You can then add in your tracking this way. I really think this makes everything easier to manage, and again, Etsy really doesn't mind this! Keep killing it everyone - as always, we are here to help via here or email (hey@printshrimp.com) 😎

Hey Tom, when marking an order complete without the tracking, it still asks for the “delivery company” - what do you suggest we do for this please? Just choose any that we think are relevant for the time being e.g a UK order to be ‘royal mail’? Thanks!
Mid Journey Art Quality
I’ve created images in midjourney and upscale creatively before downloading them, when I preview the image it says it has 72DPI which I don’t believe is enough for printing although Tom has said in his videos that if you upscale creatively it will be good enough quality for resizing to any size. Do I need to do anything else to the image or is it actually ok for resizing and printing as it is?

@Mihai Volintiriu hi again Mihai, I have been using upscayl to upscale my images and uploaded into photoshop with 300dpi set. I can’t find this info against the file anywhere when I’ve saved as a JPEG from photoshop, how do you know this has stuck please? (Sorry again for the silly question!!)
