Got diagnosed with ADD way back in the 90s. I flunked out of my freshman year of college, and my mom sent me to a specialist who had me do all these pattern and sequence tests. I aced them, but honestly, I was mostly just distracted by everything going on outside the window. I’ve definitely learned my strengths and weaknesses since then, though. Nowadays, I either end up in full-on tunnel vision or I’ll start talking and suddenly realize I have no clue what I’m even saying—I just totally blank otu.

Just completed all sections of my Commitment Letter and realized my biggest obstacle was never the task itself. It's the little courtroom in my head that argues "there's plenty of time, I'll do it later" until later becomes panic mode. I named the whole loop today, gear by gear.
