Whats everybodys coversion rate, mine is 4%. Is this good for a new shop? is there a normal range to be in?

Does anyone have a list of the countries we ship to free for? Just realised I only have UK, US and everywhere else in my delivery settings:( need to add the other free countires. Also is there quick way to do this - Isusing the European Union selection correct? many thanks. Also is it FedEx International (2-4 business days) for all free shipping options?

hello just wondering if anyone can help, i'm exporting my prints with canva which are coming out 300dpi, but then im using uscayl and when done only coming out as 72 dpi, can any one help, i feel this is the last thing i need to learn really not confident on export and upscayl, can someone tell me there step by step how to export with canva which is best and upscale what setting for upscayl. thanks for the help
