Experienced etsy sellers
hello, i just want some advice I'm in my 3rd month and got 84 sales so far most of them had come in my 3rd month, i'm getting around 1 to 2 sales a day sometime 3 to 4 but they are more rare, i've got up to 502 prints creating, I've been updating about 5-10 prints a day so i know it take's time to get reconisedon etsy, but i'm wondering if the 1 to 2 a day is normal or am i missing a trick and should be getting more, my store is home decor so i'm doing different rooms around the house but don't think that'll make a difference, any just would'nt mind some advice from some people who have been doing it for a while. Thanks

Hey Josh, yeah I did about 15-20 sales on the second month and 1 in my first month. I had nearly 300 listings around my 2nd month, yeah it’s slow at first but gradually starts to pic up and yeah really small percentage of my sales come small amount of my products., biggest advice is just keep at it and trying to learn about Etsy. Cheers
When to 'complete order' on Etsy while waiting for tracking info?
Hi all, Got my second sale on Saturday (wahoo!) and uploaded it to PrintShrimp the same day. However am still waiting for the tracking details, and Etsy is telling me that I need to "ship today". Should I complete the order on Etsy? And when I do, can I then add tracking details to it once I have them? I haven't done this before so I'm worried about messing something up. The order is in France so think that's DHL or La Post re: courier

Yes Tom did a video on his socials about this but I haven’t done this yet, I just adjust the date Click the top 3 buttons at the top and then update delivery date that works Also Tom did a video on selecting printing days as they do not work weekends but Etsy don’t know this so I’d recommend change your days to not select weekdays that video helped me hope that helps

How You Can Communicate Accurate Dispatch Times to Your Customers
Hey guys, Ensuring your delivery times are communicated to your customers accurately are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and ensuring positive reviews, so here's just a few things to bear in mind :) Update Your Dispatch Times to Exclude Weekends: PrintShrimp dispatch times are based on working days (Monday-Friday). As all print locations close on the weekends, it is important to ensure this is accounted for on your Etsy shop. In Etsy, head to: Settings -> Delivery Settings -> Order processing schedule And then select Monday - Friday. This communicates to your customers when orders will be dispatched, and also means you do not have to mark orders as complete over the weekend! Be aware of PrintShrimps production times: Different countries have different production times. Most UK and US orders do dispatch the same or next working day but please be aware of how other countries production times vary. It is all clearly outlined in the below table: https://www.printshrimp.com/pricing Your Production Times and When You Can Add Tracking: Ensure you have set your dispatch times and shipping times to accurately reflect the production and delivery times of PrintShrimp. We recommend setting your processing time as either 1-2 or 1-3 days. Etsy does not mind if you add tracking a few days after marking an order complete! You can do this by clicking 'Add a Package' Also, if you are enjoying using PrintShrimp then please feel free to leave us a TrustPilot review! It really helps us out 😎 https://www.trustpilot.com/review/printshrimp.com
