Hi all hope all is well so am I right in thinking once registered to land if I send a affidavit to HMRC signed by 2 official people and attach my birth certificate to it then they can’t rent this and I’m free from paying tax

Getting behind enemy lines and acquiescing to be re-presented as a dead entity in their rigged game after paying for the privilege would not be my first choice. Not until really knowing the rules, if commercial courts even follow their own rules consistently. Need to learn more about common law jurisdiction. Solid ground. It is hearsay only but is a return to real money, law not policy, constitutional and common law looming as the bankrupt USA Corporation is wound up and transitioned to a fully restored Constitutional Republic (2026?) with others to follow around the world?

Council Tax
I watched Iain Clifford's stream yesterday and for those combating Council Tax this might help. In short: The councils are renting out the courtrooms and playing court, I am sure most know this. It seems they may also be using council employees to act as the council solicitor/prosecutor, and these actors are not actually legally qualified, therefore making the whole case null and void. So if anyone is going to court soon for council tax, this may be a strategy to look at to get the case kicked out. Iain states that after several months of research, the only cases he can find where people have actually won in court have been through process challenges. It's all about the process with court, and this would be a break in process, therefore breaking their case. Is that why when these fake courts issue summons to the man or woman to step into a commercial court, to give up their natural rights, consent to be re-presented as a make-believe dead entity by responding to an incorrectly delivered summons, a notice or invitation to contract, addressed to a legal fiction name? Because they cannot force consent in their legal (contract) system they must obtain it through trickery, through 'spelling'?
