I left the breathwork feeling enlightened and then coming back to parent and work life was reminded of the reasons why I need to constantly do this practice. Finished the week feeling stressed and a little beat up I fell back to old thought patterns. Found a shift again yesterday and was reminded that I can find calm even when I am angry. Now looking forward to how I can continue integration. I am excited to see how everyone keeps progressing on their own journeys, feel free to keep in track / follow me on Instagram/ social media @runwithgeno

The biggest challenge is for me is acknowledging that it is worth it. That I DESERVE to invest the time it takes for my health and well-being. That the energy I put into health and well-being compounds all other aspects of my life. In particular focus are the foods I eat and going to bed early.
