Today I got a present from a patient. He lives on a golf course and his hobby is collecting balls so he gave me all of these!! Happy Wednesday y’all and can’t wait to practice with these.

Just watched Isabell Bannon on the Golfer’s Journal YouTube, and after recent lessons with some of the members here, wanted to share this swing. Here is an excellent example of what the hips should look like in the golfswing/driver swing. Notice that her hips “stay inside a barrel” from setup, through her backswing (they don’t shift/slide back). This is excellent loading 👍🏽 In #Beginner Swing Drills I cover this a bit deeper with drills you can use to develop this excellent Rotation without sliding. 🤙🏽

If your family sucks and you’re forced to hang with them on holidays, I highly recommend getting a golf simulator setup. Lucky for me, I actually like hanging with my family so I can also recommend getting a golf simulator setup if you enjoy hanging with them. Bottom line, golf simulator setup is a win!
