Have you had your physical screening yet?
Here's what it looks like and the amount of data you get is the difference between an injury, or longevity; strong golf swing or weak one. This is step one in mastering efficiency for you in the golf swing. Do you want to have a screening done for you? Let me know in the comments ⬇️

🏆 January WINNER!! 🏆
Our TOP community value contributor for January not only called her shot, she invited the direct challenge from December's winner, @Luis Pacheco to try and stop her from winning... It was close in the first half, but she ran away with it in the last half. GIVE IT UP FOR THE BIRDIE BUCKET WINNER @Hala Teeny-Avnshoj 🥂 🎉 🏌️‍♀️ Hala you've got a jumbo bucket of balls coming your way, on the house. Absolutely love your energy in here, and you've also got a TPI screening with customized golf workouts to help you move better and prevent injury 🤗 I'll be in your neck of the woods first week of March if you want to do the screening in-person, otherwise we can do it over video no problem 👍 February's Leaderboard challenge is 6 days in. Who will take home the W this month? 👀

March 6-8 PGA Show Portland Meetup
@Tanya Sember with the brilliant pitch here! The FIRST How You Golf meetup and we are doing it at the Portland Golf Show. https://www.portlandgolfshow.com/ I'm in. I know @Tanya Sember is in. Who else? No promises here but I will aim to see what sort of discount on tickets I can work up so if you want to go, let it be known here on this post. I'll need a semi-accurate headcount. Golf shows are so much fun and even better to actually connect in person. I'd love to have every single one of you there, from @Jeff Cheney in Hawai'i over to @Aldenne Go in the Philippines 😂 but let me be clear: It is NOT worth THAT kind of trip 😂 If you're local-ish to Portland, Oregon, or happen to be in the area that weekend; or even if you want to make a trip out of it, drop a comment here and let's make this happen!

@Ryan Nash 🫡 noted and I hope that "possibly" turns to "absolutely" 😂
Where are you rn? ⛳️ 👀
📍 GPS only works if 2 things are known: 1) Where you are right now and 2) Where you want to go. Take a look at this roadmap and see what station you are right now. Next, where do you want to be in the next 3 months-6 months? Got it? No? Still just reading this? Okay, really now, get your stages set, and drop a comment with your two stage numbers OR if you're feeling shy with "aLl Of ThEsE eXpErT gOlFeRs HeRe" 😜 then DM me your stages. I need to know where you're at and where you want to be in order to best deliver for your specifically. I'll start, I am currently at a 5 but refining old/bad habits. Now it's your turn ⬇️ P.S. This roadmap is inside the Resources/Guides inside the CLASSROOM.

@Luis Pacheco 1 with the goal of 3 this year is Good to know. I'm so happy to hear the workout posts have helped you (I'm currently so torn over what to/not to share on socials so this feedback helps tip the scales). We need to get your physical screening done so I can hit you with some YOU-specific exercises that help your golf game. Also, par 3 courses, full iron-play have been some of my most useful for accuracy (even with the driver). That's a great find!

@Ryan Nash Once you're back to 90% or better mobility, we'll get to work on a confident 2 and heading toward 3/4 💪
PGA Show recap and honest take
If you're like me, and value your time (but still watch a lot of stuff lol) I recommend you watch this at 1.5x or 2x speed. That way you get the value, can always slow down or replay interesting parts. Key points here for those who don't want to watch/listen: -This year in golf there WILL be something for everybody -Oil Can finish irons is 🤤 -Launch monitors will be wayyyy better quality and price point -Most swing "training aids" will hurt your swing more than help (unless you have sound coaching and assess YOUR body BEFORE building your swing) -New shoes might make golf more comfortable & explosive than ever before This is the biggest golf show of the year but there is also a traveling golf show that will likely land near you. For those in/around Portland, Oregon, the golf show is the first weekend in March. Then Seattle, WA is the week after. You can just google "Golf show" and add your location to see when it lands near you. 10 out of 10 recommend going for all skill levels. Did I miss something you wanted me to address? Is there something specific you want to know about? Ask away and I likely encountered it, but just didn't include it here. -A.T.
