New Yogazise⢠classes coming soon to the classroom
Yogazise⢠Classes Yogazise⢠was originally designed for my mum @Denise Bird after she shattered her kneecap. Sheās not someone who sits still, so the goal was simple ā help her get back on her feet safely and effectively. Now at 74, she practices Yogazise⢠every day and remains strong, mobile, and active. Alongside this, sheās supported her recovery with Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions at a clinic ā but the foundation has been consistent, functional movement. Yogazise⢠is built around that same idea: developing fundamental strength, improving mobility, and helping you move with more confidence in your body. These sessions are practical, focused, and suitable for anyone looking to build a solid base ā whether youāre recovering, starting out, or just want to move better.
