Keeping safe in our community.
Hi everyone, Just a quick reminder to stay safe and keep the good energy flowing in here. We’ve had a few messages recently about some members not being who they say they are. Sadly, just like in the real world, online spaces can attract people who aren’t always genuine. Please stay alert and trust your instincts. If someone messages you out of the blue and it doesn’t sit right—or they’re just not your vibe—you have every right to block them and not engage. Protect your peace. This space is here for your growth, support and focus—so if anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, speak up or let us know. Let’s keep it respectful, real, and rooted in good energy. Big love, Duane A personal note from me: Across all my platforms, I’ve learned I need to be extra vigilant—scammers and keyboard warriors are out in full force. I’m really cautious about who I engage with. If someone tries to connect without any sort of verification, I assume they want something from me they haven’t earned. Have you had any suspicious interactions on here? Drop a comment or send a message—let’s look out for each other

@Jay Hall not great especially when opening up your thoughts and feelings and putting trust into someone. At least there were some positives that we all got from this. We created a great group of people and friendships.

The Easter Break and My Social Media Detox
How was everyone’s Bank Holiday weekend? 🌤️ Mine was rejuvenating and wholesome. I spent more time walking with Juno, taking care of me and focusing on my future goals 🎯 – goals that have become super clear since I completed my vision board 🖼️. Sometimes, you’ve got to do what’s right for you – and for me, that meant stepping away from social media 📵. I realised I was spending far too much time scrolling, so I removed all the apps and gave myself a proper reset. When you’re clear on where you want to go or what you want to change, it becomes easier to spot what’s getting in the way 🧠. Sometimes, the biggest challenge isn’t starting something new – it’s stopping the things that are holding you back. Since doing my vision board, I feel laser-focused 🔥 on what lies ahead. And anything that doesn’t align with that? I’m committed to letting it go. The good news for all of you here is that you’re the testing ground for some of the concepts we’re developing – so watch this space 👀✨ Have you ever taken a break from social media? What did you notice?🧭 Do you know what you need to stop doing in order to move forward?🪞 What’s one thing you'd love to remove from your daily routine to feel more aligned? Drop your thoughts below – I’d love to hear where you're at 👇👇

Similar weekend to mine. We spent the weekend out on the bikes and walking Bowie. Was so lovely taking advantage of the beautiful Shropshire 🥰 we say to the kids you’re very lucky to live amongst all this greenery. We had zero plans and zero visitors which made it a wholesome family trip weekend. All devices were removed for the day time period to make sure everyone was soaking up fresh air and just being a family
FRIDAY - Lets talk! 🔥🙌
After a busy and productive week, I’m looking forward to some chill time! Juno gave me a bit of a scare before my Zoom call—I was at the vet thinking the worst because she suddenly seemed really poorly. But thankfully, she’s back to her usual self now! ❤️🐶 Moments like that remind me what really matters. Health is EVERYTHING. 💯 In an instant, your priorities shift, and you realise how fragile things can be. Once she was in the vet’s hands, I had to trust the process, stay focused, and keep pushing forward—because mindset is what gets you through! 💭 Some thoughts to take into the weekend: ✅ Appreciate everything good in your life RIGHT NOW. 🙏 You don’t realise how important something is until it’s at risk—whether that’s your health, the health of your loved ones, or just having the time and space to reflect. Don’t take it for granted! ✅ Give yourself permission to CHILL. 😌 Whether that means fully switching off or doing something that aligns with your goals. I’ll be going on a long walk with Juno and soaking in gratitude for health and movement! ✅ Big yourself up! 👏 Take a minute to recognise how far you’ve come, the actions you’ve taken, and the shifts you’ve made to be where you are now. Then use that energy to push for MORE! 🚀 👇 Drop a comment & let’s talk! 👇 1️⃣ What’s something GOOD in your life that you’re appreciating RIGHT NOW? 🙏 Don’t wait for something to go wrong to realise how lucky you are! 2️⃣ What’s one thing you’re doing for YOURSELF this weekend? 😌 Give yourself permission to chill OR do something that aligns with your goals! (I’ll be taking Juno for a long walk & soaking in gratitude!) 3️⃣ What’s one WIN you’re celebrating? 🎉 Big yourself up! What progress have you made? No matter how small, OWN IT! 🚀 I appreciate every single one of you for keeping me accountable and pushing me to be the best version of myself! Now it’s your turn—let’s get some good energy going in the comments! 👇🔥 Scott 🙌💥

1: I’m healthy and I have a beautiful family 2: going on a long family walk with a picnic tomorrow 3: celebrating standing up for myself this week! For speaking my mind and not allowing others to bring me down at work. I’m a strong woman and will not be broken 🙌
Off target
I’ve been so caught up in my job, training, being mum, being a wife and just general day to day life that I’ve gone completely off target with my reading routine. Tonight’s call hit home in many ways but one thing I can and will address is taking that time for me. So we’re flicking onto DND and getting book number 10 of the year cracked on. My promise to myself is to read at least two books before the week is out. That aside from the morning workout routine is MY time and it works to shut off the day. Stop overthinking and creating a wind down period to get myself into a good nights sleep.

@Elizabeth Beynon you’re spot on ! We pull ourselves apart focusing on the negatives rather than Embracing the positive wins xx

Am I being over sensitive 🥺?
Am i being too sensative? I am a curvy woman size 18 to 20 and currently trying to work on myself to get fitter by finally overcome my fear and been going to the gym and eating healthy. I have just been on a team meeting which we have every day and following a comment about how great someone we work with has lost alot of weight ( nearly 6 stone) A guy on my team then called out what about you Becky are you going to start losing weight? Then when I said pardon he tried to cover it up with some BS. This was infront of the whole team!! I dropped off the meeting as I didn't want to retaliate and get myself in trouble but have just broke down. I haven't told anyone that I am trying and have been really trying since January. My manager called me straight away to check if I was okay and asked if I wanted to make a formal complaint. Another colleague who I'm close too also called to check on me. Am I being over sensitive? Xx

You’re absolutely not being sensitive! Who has the right to make comments like that. Normally people that do have a very low self esteem about themselves. I mean take a look at Millie Bobby Browns post tonight ! She is outing it isn’t right to comment these negative nasty things! Be kind. Also don’t let a dickish comment darken your journey. Those that work away in the background making less noise are the ones that will shine bright. You keep going you’ve got this. Slow and steady wins the race xx
