Heard of the 80/20 Rule?
Before the week runs away with you, pause for a moment. What’s ONE thing you could do this week that would make you feel proud when Friday arrives? There’s a principle called the Pareto Principle. In simple terms, most results come from a surprisingly small number of actions. 80/20 rule. 80% of your results come from 20% of your actions. So you need to make your actions count. In real life, that looks like this: - A small handful of actions create most of your progress - A few key conversations or decisions move things forward - One brave step often unlocks momentum everywhere else - For me with Skool this means cold DM’s, I don’t really like doing them, but they get a result. The problem is most people spend their week stuck in the safe stuff. Emails. Admin. Tweaking things that are already fine. Staying busy so they can avoid being uncomfortable. Meanwhile, the ONE thing that would actually help build your Skool community or progress it to the next level keeps getting pushed to “next week” So here’s your reset. What’s is that ONE thing that, if you did it this week, would move your needle? Not ten things. Not a to-do list longer than your arm. One. Drop it below. Name it. Then protect it like it matters. Because it does. This is how Skools grow, by doing that 20%, not the 80 🤩

Mine is to reach out to my contacts on Linked In … a few messages each day will move me closer to my goal by the end of the week.
Welcome
A warm welcome to @Heather Gwaltney to the group. Heather has her own Skool and helps intuitive people stop over-functioning and live with emotional neutrality, energetic sovereignty, and calm authority — no performance required. I will add a link in the classifieds.

Welcome to this lovely community!
Mindset
The Right Mindset really does matter, that is why it's first in the class room. As Henry Ford once said "If you think you can you can, if you think you can't you can't, both ways you're right!" Please share in the comments below, your thoughts regarding this course. What stood out?

Welcome to The Confident Skool Builder
Please introduce yourself to the group, that is how we build a community that will help lift each other up (this helps both the person doing the lifting & the person receiving the encouragement, it's a win win) and let's celebrate the wins together. I have a favour to ask, before you do, please make sure to read some of the introductions of other members and start engaging with one another, this is how we build a worthwhile community. Thanks! (To be notified of new introductions, make sure to click the 🔔!) I will start, see my comment below 😁

If you’re new here, this post is your “how it all works” guide so you don’t feel lost on day one. Think of this space as part classroom, part community, part confidence-boosting zone. Let’s get started 👇 1️⃣Step One - There’s a wealth of free content available to help you build confidence and enhance your building skills, you will find this in the class room. Check it out now, here is where you find the good stuff. 2️⃣Step Two - Decide what you want to get out of this hub and what level of support & membership will work best for you. You can change plans both up and down with a click of a button - no minimum tie in period. 3️⃣Step Three - get connected, introduce yourself here, then check out the posts in the feed, find one you like, like it and comment. It’s how we build connection, all it takes is a little action on your part. The more you give the more you get back. This will also unlock more freebies in the classroom. yay! 🤍 House Rule Always be kind, supportive and non-judgemental. This is a confidence-building space. No silly questions. No put-downs. Ever. 4️⃣Step Four - reach out to me via DM if you’re not sure or need any help and support, I am always happy to help. 5️⃣Step Five - Once you complete a lesson in the class room, please tick the circle ✅ to turn it green, so I can see where your at and you know what lessons you have done. Let’s make this a friendly, useful and supportive community together 💛
