Hi I submitted my module 0. Do I get an acknowledgment that my submission. How do I know if my submission is accepted? Thank you

My website appears black when I type it in the web browser. Can someone help resolve ? I have completed module 1.18 so far.

The SSL certificate says it's valid for only w months & I have to buy after that. That is an additional expense & not mention the module zero.
