Kindness and unity
Our people are kind. Our people are caring. Even in the most terrible times when you'd expect each individual to fend for themselves and hoard supplies, our people still try to help each other even in hardships and poverty under the sounds of missiles and shockwaves. Our people deserve a prosperous life.

Not the time for infighting. It’s time for Iranian ACTION on the ground. Protest and social media posts cannot control the borders of Iran. Help arrived and time for the Iranian diaspora to join their countrymen in Iran for this battle to control your borders and destiny. Diaspora leaders like Reza Pahlavi know how to direct your action in a unified fashion. He knows this will not be bloodless. The United States will not be fighting this on the ground for Iranians…that would be a usurpation of the duty of Iranians.
Did Trump Just Threaten to Divide Iran? The Truth.
President Trump said something that triggered a lot of people regarding Iran's borders, but you need to stay in control of your emotions. Prime Minister Netanyahu made it very clear that the goal is to liberate Iran, not divide it, and the US and Israel are on the same page. By turning against President Trump now, you are playing right into the hands of the Islamic Republic. They are the ones who are the real threat to our borders. We need to make sure President Trump has the political capital to finish the job. Get us to freedom first. Then, you and I will be responsible for defending our borders.

Armin: we greatly appreciated your very thoughtful comments my friend. Those who may have been sitting back whilst hunkered down in their homes throughout the 31 Iranian provinces should be shocked and motivated by this reality check. This is not Burger King where every Iranian will have it their way at a low price. Iranians MUST ACTIVELY SEIZE THIS MOMENT FULL STOP. The time for intellectual debate ended days ago. Taking risks will determine the outcome, not elegantly crafted rationales. The United States has no intention of maintaining the borders of Iran—that’s up to Iranians within Iran and in the Iranian diaspora. This may feel harsh but it’s reality. If Reza Pahlavi and the Iranian diaspora have a fiscal plan and a financed security force under contract, then now is the time to implement it. For your compatriots planning to govern Iran after the Munich Conference, they have undoubtedly anticipated this very moment. The President is merely stating objective fact that he personally does not know what the borders of Iran will look like. Only Iranians can say what it will look like with ACTION…not words. If the song about “Freedom ain’t free” is not playing in every Iranian’s head at this moment, well then they are just not read in to the reality and gravity of the moment. As an American living in the United States, I can say that many of our eyes have been looking to this moment to see Iranian resolve and sacrifice and heroism. Whatever influences you and Goldie have with Reza Pahlavi, the President is looking to see which diaspora Iranians will support action on the ground. There is no tolerance for passivity and intellectualization. That was only appropriate under Presidents Obama and Biden. Let me know if anything seems unclear.
The Master Plan to Topple the Islamic Republic
We are marching toward a massive uprising in Iran with a fatal blind spot. When the regime's central command falls, the remaining radical forces will resort to plainclothes guerrilla warfare against unarmed citizens. The common answer is to arm the Iranian people. That leads to a scenario where no one can tell friend from foe. Time is running out to strategize. We need to brainstorm a clear, actionable plan to protect civilians before the call to action happens.

Armin: Our understanding is that the Iranian Diaspora (with and without Reza Pahlavi) have already been taking action to make this happen in conjunction with US and Israeli military and intelligence. The fiscal and materiel resources of the Iranian Diaspora are abundant. When one sees the charter flights traffic into Mosul and Erbil International Airports, it is quite eye-opening. It may be good discussion within the teleconference group to understand that multiple such plans are already in action. From this smorgasbord of action plans, the "openings" along the borders into Iran's peripheral provinces provide toeholds in NW and SE Iran. Because US/IDF Forces will be on the ground to secure the nuclear R&D sites (the US CENTCOM PRIMARY MISSION), their deployments east of the Zagros Mountains will diagonally bisect Iran. In parallel, the freedom-fighting Peoples of Iran will selflessly shed blood whilst they converge upon the Isfahan-Qom-Tehran-Semnan-Mashhad Corridor. For those who prefer not to fight (the majority), their focus upon supporting their immediate neighbors in need during this frightening time whilst maintaining regular communications linking between provinces freedom-seekers must continue to be prioritized. Building trust as the bloodshed continues will limit the bloodshed. People with and without self-defense and combat training have mission critical roles in the hard times about to unfold. There are roles for fighters and non-fighters and it will be mutually-beneficial for all roles to be filled and supported because there will not be a bloodless option. We stand with the Free Peoples of Iran who are about to take back their Nation, heroically and selflessly. Apologies if this feels a bit harsh or graphic, but 47 years of internalized rage and powerlessness and angst do not go peacefully into the night. The time for discussion and intellectualization is ending. Gary
The Truth About Trump Picking Iran's Next Leader
President Trump mentioned the US needs a role in picking Iran's next leader, and I know that has some of you worried. But you have to be careful how you react to these headlines. We are in the middle of an information war, and the Islamic Republic is using this to give ammunition to isolationists in Washington DC. If the US picks a leader, they are not picking the leader of Iran going forward. They are picking the leader of the surrender period. We might need an entity to negotiate a full surrender, even if it is just the corpse of the Islamic Republic. Once that surrender happens and the regime can no longer massacre citizens in the streets, the Iranian people will be completely free. They will make sure the transition period is led by Prince Reza Pahlavi. Do not get distracted and keep your priority on maximum support for the military operations.

Thank you Armin: unconditional surrenders are rarities indeed and have to be handled just right. FYI, if you read the unconditional surrender terms for Nazi Germany 1945 and Imperial Japan 1945, you will note a common thread. Both are based in part upon the 10 Commandments. How Iranian Theocrats/IRGC will "feel" signing a document that may have elements of the 10 Commandments is anyone's guess. We stand with the Free Peoples of Iran, my friend. We are immensely honored to contribute in any ways we can going forward. FYI, we are currently linking transplant physicians in the US and Iranian Diaspora into some joint research projects for publications in 2H 2026. We look forward to building medical bonds once again between US-Israel-Iran-Abraham Accords signatories for the next 2500 years. Gary

Hey BT. Apologies but I have grandfather duties this afternoon and cannot join today's teleconference. Planning to join tomorrow's teleconference. Just a couple of impressions: (1) The opening of the massive, new Mosul International Airport in July 2025 has hopefully accomplished the mission of fostering Iranian diaspora return into close proximity to northwestern and western Iran. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they were well-trained in self-defense and use of firearms? (2) It seems there has developed a blindspot in the Iranian radar systems monitoring of Caspian Sea surface and air traffic; (3) Is Chahbar Bay still an Iranian Naval Base or a US CENTCOM base?; and (4) Is Sistan/Baluchistan a "no go zone" for the IRGC and Basij? Can you pose these to Armin, Jeffrey, and the Broader Team? Gratefully, Gary
