What kinds of sessions would be valuable for you?
I had an 8am call this morning. By the end, something had shifted. You could see it. In the closing reflections, they said: “I wish I could start every day like this.” That stayed with me. I already protect time in the mornings, so part of me wondered whether a short, focused 30-minute reset — once or twice a week — could be useful for my community. But I’ve also learned not to build things just because they feel good in the moment (I'm working on it) The best spaces are shaped by what’s actually needed. So instead of assuming… I’m curious: - When does your digital day usually begin? - Have you ever intentionally started your day with a call or session before? - What made it work — or not work? - Would a short morning reset support you, or would it feel like “one more thing”? If this were to exist, it would have to be simple. - Light grounding, - some reflections, - gentle coaching if needed, and a - stress pre-mortem for the week ahead. Let me know in the comments what would genuinely serve you — or what would serve you better. I’m listening.
