For all of you Stylus Pro owners: How is your printer running? Is your printer running? Do you have questions for me, about maintaining the printer, replacing parts, and tips? This group was made for this purpose. I will answer questions here, and I can also do a live Q&A, but only if that is what you want.

My 9900 has a problem. When I turn it on, the printer monator shows a red X for all carts. If I remove one cart (doesn;t matter which one) it desplays the levels of all carts except the one I removed. Any idea on how to fix this?

It is not just one cart, it is all of them. But, like I said, if I remove one cart (doesn't matter which one) the rest will show their ink levels. When I replace the cart all the carts are red Xed out.
