Hey i have a Epson stylus 9900… i did everything u said from ur video and it printing a lil to dark or dull

@Donte Williams Try the 9900 driver from the printer dropdown. Also, in the color tab, at the bottom, there should be a section that says profile. Click on that and select the quantum icc profile from the dropdown menu.
