Today I watched a video from a multi-time Skool Games winner—someone with over 11K members—say this: “𝗡𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.” He went on to say this would happen to him even with a large community. No one upgraded on their own. Let that sink in. If you think more members will make monetization easier… it won’t.The same problem you have at 25, 50, or 100 members will still be there at 11,000. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹, 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹. Here’s the real issue: 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻. It’s more like: - Set it and hope - Or set it and whisper about it… and hope And if that’s not working—it’s time to try something that does. 𝗜 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 (11 courses) 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. Brand new niche. No following. 𝗕𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭𝟱, 𝗜 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿. Want to know how many members I had? Less than 50 for the first sales.Less than 100 for the second. I’ve made around $10K through my Skool communities—and it had nothing to do with audience size. 𝗜𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼: - Offer creation - Selling - Launch strategy And none of it has to feel complicated or salesy. The other day, a high-ticket client asked me what my funnel looks like. It was perfect weather in North Georgia today. ☀️🌸 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁? My grandkids running around while I laid on a blanket under an oak tree with new spring leaves in our front yard. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Because today is technically a work day for me… But since I’m building a lifestyle business, I was able to say yes when my daughter asked me to watch the kids while she and her sister went out on a sister date.🫶 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘆. What I actually do in my business day-to-day is build systems—so I can free up my time when it matters most. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱.
