This is also reflective of what is modelled to you growing up. Yes he was exposed to all of the above in spades but ultimately he chose to take that path and is now reaping the benefits, that will undeniably permeate and serve him on many levels throughout his life. This requires awareness, choice, action and embodiment. Discipline Equals Freedom” is a system for life: short-term self-control creates long-term liberation. True freedom comes from self-mastery and structure. Every act of discipline is an investment in future freedom. Very excited to release our upcoming Level 5 on our app : Mobility, Strength Training, Energy Systems Programming 💪🏽. But without foundations leading into Level 5 you will be presented with an elusive pit of plateaus, misguided truths, confusion, propensity for injury, and disconnection from body, mind and soul.

Today I celebrate 50 revolutions around the sun. I made it ! 😂 A wholesome weekend spent connecting with my favourite humans, my beautiful wife and 3 children, just the way I envisioned it only better. I love you unconditionally now and forever. I’ve recently sat quiet deeply leading into this half century milestone, what it means, symbolises and reflects within me personally. A few things I’d like to share that I’ve learned throughout my 5 decades. Take from it what you will and I trust that something will resonate and align for you. I’ve had a challenging, rewarding, diverse experience in what seems like many lifetimes that I’m eternally grateful for. Here’s some undeniable truths from me to you. Be the master of your breath. Breath is life. Consciously connect to it often and you will develop the skill of finding calm in the chaos. Be the change you wish to see in the World. Life is short, so live and love fully. Expose and explore all parts of yourself. We are here to explore self. The more we uncover, the more masks we remove, the more armour we unfold the deeper we get to know thyself. The snowball effect from that is the more you get to experience you, the more others get to experience the most authentic version of you. Speak your truth, take action, prime discomfort and dive into what makes you feel nervous and uncomfortable. This is where all the gold and growth truly lies. There’s two types of suffering. Suffering and Intentional Suffering. Choose the latter. It’s the only option that comes with rewards. Resilience is a pivotal aspect of one’s character to overcome adversity, learn from the lessons during that time and utilise the skill of adaptation to move forward more intelligently. Only one who has risked the fight with the dragon and is not overcome by it wins the 'treasure hard to attain'" Integrity is the highest of all values. Do as you say. Practice as you preach and lead from the front. The heart holds the power. Open that and share vulnerably with loved ones and you will progressively connect with your soul in the most beautiful way.

For years I struggled with receiving. I have always given abundantly but would feel uncomfortable receiving on the flip side. When I’m sent a heartfelt, articulate, testimonial share like this it not only fills my cup up, it warms my heart and confirms the work I’m doing is honoured and appreciated. Living your purpose has zero to do with luck, this path has been forged and has arrived through overcoming much adversity. Always diving deep, removing layers and evolving. Immune Booster Shot
What is in an Inmune Booster Shot? This drink is loaded with immune boosting ingredients and a tonne of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals! Ingredients • 1 tablespoon honey • Juice of 1 lemon • Juice of 1 navel orange • 1-2 cloves garlic minced and set aside 10 m • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated • Dash of cayenne pepper • Dash of real sea salt • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric • Grind of black pepper • 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar with "the Mother", • 1 tablespoon hot water Honey is rich in antioxidants and is often used to soothe sore throats. It adds a natural sweetness to the drink. • Lemon juice is very high in vitamin C and can help to support heart and digestive health. • Orange Juice is naturally high in vitamin C, folate and potassium, as well as being a great source of antioxidants. • Garlic is known to boost the function of the immune system, and in studies it has been shown to reduce the symptoms of a common cold. • Ginger has a very long history of use in traditional and alternative medicine. It has been used to help digestion, reduce nausea and help fight the flu and common cold, to name a few. It also gives the immune booster shot a little zing. • Cayenne has many health benefits that is a result of the active component, capsaicin. It can boost metabolism and lower blood pressure. • Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. • Black Pepper is used to activate the curcumin in the turmeric. • Apple Cider Vinegar can kill harmful bacteria. Instructions 1. Mince the garlic (ideally put through a garlic press) and set aside for 10 minutes. This gives the enzymes a chance to form and ensures maximum benefits. 2. Whisk together the honey, turmeric, and hot water, until the honey is incorporated and smooth. 3. Then you just stir in everything else and drink!
