3 Reasons You Should Try an Animal-Based Diet
#1. It’s the most nutrient-dense way of eating on the planet Most diets are built around what to cut out. This one’s built around what your body has always needed—meat, organs, raw dairy, some fruits and vegetables. These are the most bioavailable sources of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and healthy fats. No synthetic pills required. Meat (preferably from well-raised grass-fed animals) = Easily digestible and absorbable protein with all 9 essential amino acids Organs = The most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Period. Raw dairy = more bioavailable nutrients, living enzymes & immune-supporting compounds (tastes amazing too) Every cell in your body recognizes this kind of nourishment. It’s what we evolved to eat. #2. It eliminates the foods not serve you The modern diet is full of so-called “health foods” that are anything but. Nuts, seeds, and grains that contain poorly absorbable nutrients and defense chemicals that disrupt your gut… And ‘heart-healthy” seed oils are hidden in almost everything, from condiments and crackers to even the Whole Foods Hot Bar. An Animal-Based Diet removes the most toxic offenders and replaces them with food that truly nourishes your body. This isn’t a restriction for the sake of it—it’s precision. #3. It tastes awesome! This is not a bland, joyless diet. We're talking about juicy ribeyes, ripe strawberries, raw milk smoothies, crispy parmesan squash fries, guacamole with pasture-raised eggs—all on the menu. It doesn’t need complicated meal planning, elaborate recipes, or hard-to-find ingredients. Every meal can be simple, nutritious AND delicious… And with literally thousands of different meal variations available to you, it never has to be boring. Studies have shown that it is the most satisfying diet ever!

What I miss the most are the hundreds of different kind of mineral waters with low carbonation. I feel amazing when I drink them in Germany or Italy. We do have Geroldsteiner & a couple of HEB brands, however minerals are removed. I have noticed it with many other products as well. European imports are changed & don’t taste the same. Thanks to the FDA.

Low vitamin D in your 30s may predict higher Alzheimer's risk 16 years later
Most research on vitamin D and dementia has looked at people already in their 60s or 70s. A new study from the Framingham Heart Study, published in Neurology Open Access, asked a more consequential question: does your vitamin D level in your 30s and 40s affect your risk of Alzheimer's disease decades later? Among 793 dementia-free adults with an average age of 39, those with higher blood vitamin D levels showed significantly less accumulation of tau on brain scans conducted an average of 16 years later. Tau is a protein that misfolds and builds up in the brain in Alzheimer's disease, and it tends to accumulate in the brain's memory regions well before symptoms appear. The biology behind the link is plausible: the memory centers of the brain are packed with vitamin D receptors, and low vitamin D appears to trigger a chain reaction that accelerates abnormal tau buildup. This adds to an overwhelming body of evidence on vitamin D's importance for long-term brain health and reinforces the value of monitoring your levels before problems emerge. Optimum blood level should be around 70-80.

EMF’s from cellphones, computers, TV’s etc and Blue lights however interfer with our bodies to heal. Hedron cellphone anti radiation protectors, necklace, blue light eye glass blockers all help. Even a blue light blocker TV screen.Hedron necklace & cellphone anti radiation blockers need to be grounded regularly for ca. 5-10 minutes by a tree away from Powerlines . Also don’t let children play with cellphones, their brains are still developing. Don’t hold your cellphone on your ear, the radiation is very high and can cause brain tumors over time. Dont use Bluetooth ear sets. Put your phones on speakerphone. Ground yourself by walking barefoot through grass or on the beach. Mind & Body Solutions sells Hedron

The Matcha-Powered Mind: Your Ultimate Coffee Alternative
Matcha, the finely ground powder of specially grown and processed green tea leaves, has been a treasured part of Japanese tea ceremonies for centuries. But this ancient elixir is not just a pretty face - it's a nutritional powerhouse that can elevate your mind, body, and spirit. Here's why matcha is the ultimate alternative to coffee. Matcha contains a unique combination of caffeine and L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation without drowsiness. This dynamic duo works together to provide a smooth, sustained energy boost without the jitters or crash that often comes with coffee. Plus, matcha actually contains more caffeine per gram than coffee! Matcha is rich in chlorophyll, the green pigment that allows plants to harness the power of the sun. But did you know that your body has the ability to capture light energy too? It's called photoheterotrophy, and it's an ancient survival mechanism that allows your cells to directly absorb and use photonic energy. Chlorophyll is very similar to the chemistry of our blood. In other words, chlorophyll support healthy blood. Chlorophyll is the key to activating this incredible ability. When you consume matcha, you're essentially upgrading your mitochondria - the power plants of your cells - to solar panels! This can lead to improved energy production, reduced oxidative stress, and enhanced cellular resilience. Chronic stress can take a serious toll on your health and well-being. That's where matcha comes in. The L-theanine in matcha has been shown to reduce stress and promote relaxation by increasing alpha brain wave activity. But matcha's stress-busting powers don't stop there. This green goddess is also packed with antioxidants called catechins, which have been shown to reduce cortisol - the stress hormone - and protect against the damaging effects of chronic stress.4 So you can tackle your to-do list with focus and clarity, without burning out. The combination of caffeine and L-theanine in matcha has been shown to improve cognitive performance, particularly in the areas of attention and memory. A 2017 systematic review found that the L-theanine and caffeine combination improved alertness and attention-switching accuracy, while a 2019 study found that it enhanced sustained attention and memory.

'I Can't Tolerate Gluten In The U.S., But I Can In Europe'
The significant rise in gluten intolerance and allergies in recent decades has raised concerns and questions about the food chain, particularly regarding the grain that has been a staple in human diets for thousands of years. For generations, wheat was considered a healthy and essential part of the human diet, yet today, many people, including children, are suffering from life-threatening allergic reactions to gluten, a protein found in wheat. This dramatic shift warrants a deeper look at why this phenomenon has become so widespread, particularly in the last 50 years, and what role modern agricultural practices play in this issue. One of the most significant factors contributing to the rise of gluten intolerance may not be gluten itself, but rather the chemicals used in modern agriculture. Glyphosate, a herbicide commonly used in non-organic farming, has been identified by many scientists and researchers as a potential culprit. Glyphosate is known to disrupt the shikimate pathway, a crucial process in the gut that helps maintain a healthy balance of bacteria. When the gut bacteria become imbalanced, it can lead to conditions such as coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), non-coeliac gluten intolerance (NCGI), allergies, and even neurological conditions like autism and ADHD. Glyphosate has also been shown to damage cytochrome P450, an enzyme responsible for detoxifying the body from environmental and pharmaceutical toxins, including chemicals like glyphosate itself. This disruption may impair the body’s ability to process and eliminate toxins effectively, leading to further health complications. The increasing use of glyphosate on grains may explain why gluten is now considered harmful by many, whereas it was once tolerated by previous generations. Non-organic grains, often treated with glyphosate, carry a residual amount of the chemical, which could contribute to adverse health reactions in sensitive individuals. In countries where the use of glyphosate has been banned, such as Denmark, gluten intolerance rates are significantly lower. Denmark, which banned glyphosate in 2003, reports a gluten intolerance rate of just 0.77%, while the UK, which still uses glyphosate extensively, has a gluten intolerance rate of approximately 10%.
