Welcome to the club! 42 is the perfect time to pivot. You’ve got the maturity that younger dispatchers are still developing, and that goes a long way when talking to brokers. Can’t wait to see you crush this new journey—let’s get it! 🚀
Hi, I’m Abdikarim
Hi my name is Abdikarim Mohamed. I live in Windsor Canada and I plan on making $15000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1.  To get knowledge and teach others 2.  To get a job to earn experience 3. To make my own business. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Watch movies 2.  Outdoor activities 3.  Cooking. Any advice for new student?

Welcome to the dispatch school, @Abdikarim Mohamed ! 🙌 I’m in your cohort. It’s a fast-paced course but really rewarding so far.
The "Allocation of Traffic" Problem
Hi, wishing everybody a great day. Im absolutely new to this business, and before jumping in I'm doing some extra research and Google ai mentioned this issue in 2026 .. and I'll copy and paste it so I don't mess the text. What do you guys think about this? and how to deal with this. The "Allocation of Traffic" Problem The most common legal trap for independent dispatchers representing multiple carriers is "allocation of traffic". - The Conflict: If you see one high-paying load and you have two different carriers available, you must use "discretion" to decide who gets it. - The Legal Trap: In 2026, the FMCSA views this act of choosing between carriers as a brokerage function. If you exercise discretion over which carrier gets a load, you are legally a broker and must have a $75,000 bond.

👋 Hi, I’m Alonza!
Hi my name is Alonza.I live in Atlanta and I plan on making $10,000 per month dispatching trucks. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. I definitely want to learn how to find,  book and negotiate high paying loads. 2.  Build long-term, consistent partnerships with carriers. 3. I’m a single father so I do want to build a business that will create more family time And I am tired of driving trucks. 4. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1. Spend time with my twin boys  2. Play basketball and shoot a little pool 3. Travel and eat different foods
