Today I was determined to go home after work and not go to the gym after. Thanks to some encouragement from my lovely boyfriend I brought my butt to the gym and actually had a great workout! Glad I showed up and did it even though I was tired!

Good morning fit fam!! Hope everyone is doing great! Just wanted to pop in really quick and share how accomplished and replenished I feel this morning. I woke up super early (On my day off too😱) and got my butt to the gym! I was done by 8am! Now this is a good feeling! Definitely gonna make it happen more often! Hope everyone has an awesome day!☺️

Hey guys I haven’t posted her much due to work but I wanted to share some recent wins. At work we finished the first stage of big project that when completed will result in a new product line and company growth. As a result I and the other engineers on the team were awarded a sizable bonus that should be hitting my account any second now… ⏰ (today is payday). I also gained a new physical training client for a total of 3 total! In conclusion my year is starting off to a great start and I hope the same for everyone else!

So this going to be a series ill do and hopefully its well received. I’ll start by saying that preworkouts arent necessary by no means but i sure enjoy them . Probably out of every 10 workouts I’ll probably drink them 8 times. Anyways without further a do , here is my first ever review. C4 is a brand i personally love, they have a strong punch which gets me active fast, and very rarely do i feel an itching sensation. Their flavors are usually very sweet which personally im a fan of too . this flavor (jolly rancher ) is very sweet and tasty, doesnt leave a bad aftertaste in my mouth either. Big fan of this flavor 8/10 Would recommend to anyone and everyone If yall have any suggestions or feedback do let me know !
