My AI Automation Learning Goal
My current goal: Build AI systems that create measurable business results. Not just: “Look what this AI agent can do.” But: “This automation saved a company 20 hours per week.” “This workflow increased response speed.” “This system helped generate more opportunities.” I believe the future belongs to people who can connect AI capabilities with real-world outcomes. What is one AI automation you think every small business will need in the future?

The Real AI Opportunity Isn’t the Tool — It’s the Problem
🚀 Everyone is talking about AI tools... But I think the biggest opportunity is not learning every new tool. It’s understanding which business problems are worth solving. A business doesn’t need: ❌ Another chatbot ❌ Another AI demo ❌ Another cool automation nobody uses They need: ✅ More leads ✅ Faster customer support ✅ Less repetitive work ✅ Better processes ✅ More revenue The question I’m focusing on: “What painful problem can AI solve that a business would actually pay for?” Curious — what industries do you think are the biggest opportunities for AI automation right now?

@Duncan Rogoff Sounds good, thanks👍
Developer Mindset vs Agency Mindset
As developers, we naturally think: “Can I build this?” But building is only one part of the game. The bigger questions are: 💡 Who needs this? 💡 How much value does it create? 💡 How do I package it? 💡 How do I find the right clients? I’m learning that successful AI automation is a combination of: Technical skills + Business understanding + Sales The best solution in the world doesn’t matter if nobody knows it exists. What skill are you currently improving most: building, sales, or finding clients?
