I feel stuck (and prob need some help) Yesterday I spend a whole day looking for targets through dealworthy (great tool btw, def faster than doing the search via AI yourself). Having reflected on it today I think I know what my issue is... I am looking for businesses within the consumer branded F&B space and/or experiential hospitality or leisure. Within a relatively tightly defined geographical focus (Hampshire and Dorset) - they come with or without fixed assets. That does spit out more than enough broad potential targets. BUT I need to "see" the potential to assess what it can become. As I am looking for brands/ assets/ locations / businesses with potential. I basically need to experience it. I am nog buying 10 airco businesses where it is literally about the order book, stock and the quality of the vans on the road to establish whether it is worth buying or not... Thoughts?
