For my first book, I also hired a book coach and likewise, they were OK. While working with them, I discovered that they weren't strong in business book writing. Title suggestions, Cover Design recommendations, where so-so. I took it about myself to create the cover design, which in hindsight was probably and bad idea. The was new proactive marketing strategy for the book launch either. It was create a FB page, invite people into and tell them to buy it when it launches on Amazon. There was direction of you need to get on mutitude of business podcast shows, etc. Likewise, the marketing of it effectively on Amazon... Which is still can challenges. So, lot's of costly lessons learned and experienced.

I totally agree @Lynn Smargis. Unfortunately, I learned that the hard and, more importantly, the expensive way. ๐
