2 big Roacks achieved today 💪
Hello all ! I missed the live session yesterday about Body Doubling but I watched the replay and it boosted me to finish my application form to a professional coaching school ! This was my main big rock for this week. And Also I wanted to start a new habit of going swimming and I went 3 times although yesterday’s swim is the one that counts as I really had an oppotunity to swim quite a few lengths which produced good dopamine after the « pain ». Also surprisingly I managed to quit smoking since Saturday without any effort. It’s obvious that something happened in my mind and my anxiety level has lowered a lot. My fears come back at times, but I listed all the wins I had since I started my burnout at work and I realize I made a lot of progress. Thanks @Jim Ebbelaar and the team !

My breath work experience
To be honest, I went into it with an open mind and believed it would be relaxing. However, it ended up being a lot more of a varied experience. I found it to be a bit of a rollercoaster. All the different breathing patterns are awesome, yet can feel a bit unatural and uncomfortable for the unitiated. I feel so much better for it though. Kind of lighter. I've realised that I have been holding onto all the grief and loss of I have experienced over the last 3-5 years and in all the forms we can experience loss. I tried hard to let bits go as instructed but I couldn't. I am sitting with that for now. I don't want to carry on being tied or identified by it, I just think I never really process it in the first place. Just filed it altogether and it has become part of the ball and chain holding me back. I now plan to practice breath work more as it is bringing the questions and I think it's within there that I could find some of the answers and the ways to maybe move forwards. I didn't realise just how sad or lost, I have been feeling. I suppose it just becomes my normal. I am very grateful, for today's experience and lesson.😊

Thanks for sharing. I agree I think we had similar experiences of this breathe work session. I really want to do it on a regular basis because I think it releases the emotions that need to come out.
Breathwork Experience
I just experienced breathwork and had an amazing time. I had a lot of sensations in my body, sometimes uncomfortable but then very relaxing and it made my emotions come out and feel released from tension. Great experience I want to to it again and highly recommend it !
My Commitment Letter
Just wrote my Commitment Letter and finally saw the pattern underneath everything: my two goals - swimming regularly and sending my coaching school application - are really one goal in disguise. Both are proof that I can keep a promise to myself without a boss forcing me. After 25 years waiting for approval that never came, I realized I have to become my own source of it. Retiring "Calimero." Keeping the spark lit. Not giving up.
