Hey AIS Family! Today is a special day for me. 1 year ago I joined this incredible community, and looking back it is absolutely mindblowing how much my life has changed. When I joined the community I was working a sales job for about a year and a half and was not thrilled with it at all. I really did not know what I wanted to do in my life and I just was not satisfied. As soon as I joined AIS+, Nate and the team hosted a hackathon, and I had no business being in that hackathon, but I watched a few of Nate's videos at the time, and I just wanted to give it a shot. That's when the obsession with automation and AI began. I spent countless hours working on this automation, trying to figure things out, spending so much time on specific nodes inside of N8N, going back and forth between Nate's videos and it just felt like a big puzzle that I was trying to solve, and it was just such an enjoyable experience. Then I ended up winning, and that was probably the biggest turning point in my career because I felt like I could actually do this. The crazy part is that it took me five months to actually quit my job after I won this hackathon. In January, I founded DeepRootedAI and started my YouTube channel, AI Made Simple. I always knew I wanted to make videos and Nate's core subs to sales. After I watched that, that's when I decided I need to make the push. It's one of the greatest decisions and most fulfilling decisions I've ever made. My YouTube channel sits at about 7,000 subscribers right now since January. DeepRooted AI has generated over $30,000 in revenue, And my favorite part is that I'm still learning. Today I'm a solo founder running multiple social medias, running a business, teaching people how to use AI, all ran by my AI operating system (if you haven't started one yet please try it out). More importantly, I'm in Nate's first cohort of CAIC, And if I'm being honest, it feels like right when I joined AIS Plus a year ago. There's still so much for me to learn. This space is growing so fast and now I'm surrounded by over 50 people who do this for a living and we're making great connections. Shout out Nate and his incredible team for this cohort.

Hello Community. I was in the AIS+ community and had to drop out. - Building an agency wasn't for me. - I"m looking to join a new team now. ("New Team. Same Dream") Here's my encouragement to you today. First, read my post in my newsletter. LESSON TO REMEMBER: No matter what, no matter what you are going through, you can do this, you can succeed. I am returning to W2 work, but excited about it. "New Team. Same Dream." I share my story in the post above. ^^^^^ Here's a message for you: Some here may feel overwhelmed. What do I do? How do I keep going? Some here, frankly, (and this will be hard to hear), may not be a good fit for building your agency. @Nate Herk has talked about this. You gotta' find your lane. Thankful for Nate for doing so much for us and this world right now. Thankful for others. But, I want you to do three things, today if you can. 1. Forgive yourself for everything. Wipe the slate clean. Let yourself just be you and make a mess sometimes. Start out with the person that deserves your love and support, the best YOU. And just let that go right now. 2. Stop. Pause, look up to the ceiling or heaven and just say, "I'm here." You, are here. The present. Be in the present. Be here. Be still. Breath. And, just realize that there is nothing wrong right now with you or anything else. You are alive, breathing and... it's all okay. This is the "awaking step" where you get to be in complete control. No programming or autopilot mode. It's. Just. You. --- Then make your decisions from that space. 3. Write down what you want and who you want to be in 3-5 years. Just do it. Big. Small. In between. MAGIC. It's magic!!!!!! We put a picture of a house we wanted to own on a vision board and a few years later, through odd and amazing events, we had our house. Thousands of stories exist like this all around the world.

Here's a taste of what you missed at the last one This week's Chill, Chat & Chaos @George Dan has been doing search since 2006, and he gave us two solid hours pulling apart SEO, AEO and GEO — three completely different games that most of us have been treating as one. The number that shut the room up: traffic coming from AI search engines is a tiny fraction of what normal search sends you, and it converts ten to twenty times better. Now guess how many people are optimising for it. Then he laid out the site structure that actually ranks, and named the layout a lot of you are almost certainly using right now. @Sasa asked how any of this beats the big expensive tools, @Holger asked how you even find what is missing from your own site, and @Danan Coleman asked the one everybody launching something needs answered: do you optimise before you go live, or after? Get that order wrong and you pay for it in months. @Michael Olanipekun asked whether AI search can even see a modern website. Turns out an entire category of them is effectively invisible to it — the page looks flawless to you and completely blank to the machine. If yours is built that way, you are not ranking badly. You are not there at all. @Kyle Covan asked the obvious next thing: can we just point an agent at the site and let it fix everything? @George Dan did not hedge. "Just don't trust it on a live website." @Frank Priboy backed him up and made the case for keeping this whole class of work running on your own machine instead of handing it to something in the cloud.

I started reading it today, and within the first few pages, I had a genuine smile on my face. The one thing that immediately comes through the pages is Nate’s authenticity. The voice in the book is the same Nate I have come to know and respect. As I read AI Native over the next few weeks, I am going to share two things.
