Our state is the 6th highest foreclosure rate in the country and it’s illegal to wholesale in Illinois unless you’re licensed so it’s a less saturated state as well which is actually a plus. So this owner wants to sell his property but he has no equity. He just bought the property less than six months ago. Could this be possible for subject to? It's a newer house and could have potential for an airbnb. Is this possible for a contract?
