If you’re 80, you still grow. If you’re alive, you still carry responsibility. And yes, even the breath work we do is part of this. Not just to breathe better, but to practice letting go. To train your nervous system to obey you again. Because the smallest things are never small. How you leave a room matters. How you shake someone’s hand matters.
