Equifax and Experian both say 723 but Transunion says 625. How do I fix this?

My partner has an over 800 credit score and we want to start a private car rental business. We are in the process of opening a bank account for the business. We normally bank with Chase. We want to know which bank is best to get an account with if our intention is to get $50-60k in cards, and turn half that into liquid cash to buy 4 vehicles. What banks would you recommend in this scenario?
