omg! i got tired of just looking at the steps you took lol
what i have gained from losing weight
is the ability for my body to be able to endure a 7 mile hike at Zion. The beauty surrounding me at every angle is something i cant ever take for granted again. Please get out in nature to explore what you have been missing! Also enjoy the audio of Anthony poking fun of me for moving at turtle speed lol

it was the freaking best!
i hit a mile stone!
Alot of you may already know that the highest number i hit on the scale was 318 pounds. As of this morning i did a weigh in and have officially hit 185.2! I am only 15 lbs away from the finish line before booking skin removal surgery. The last 30 pounds have really made me work for it but i am immensely grateful for all the lessons i have learned thus far and look forward to whats to come!

Back to the basics
This week I decided to go back to the basics and control the things I can control. Making sure my food is ready the night before, putting phone down by 8 pm so I get my sleep, not matter the workout making sure I get every rep no matter what and drinking at least a gallon of water 80 Oz by noon. Over eating has been my struggle lately I know what I need to do to get back on track. I wanted to be transparent cause I know sometimes I get looked at like I have everything together. I go on vacation this week I'm going to stick with a diet plan for the most part besides traveling but I'll track while I travel.

Hope you have an amazing time! Having food prepped in the fridge is definitely a game changer. I spent 3 1/2 hours cooking and cleaning yesterday and now have 5 days worth of food ready for us to reheat instead of guessing what to make/hitting the drive through.
