Only one way: play Computer with a Queen handicap as many games with the tournament time controls as possible. Pick one opening and consistently use it during training. The goal is to lose, because your trying to see the enemy's angle of attack for MAJORITY of moves within the chosen opening. When you're sick of losing during training, you're gonna start developing your counterattacks and traps before you sleep, after waking up, out of frustration.
