🧭 Premium Tier Founders Opportunity
I want to share something with you as it is taking shape, not after it has been polished or packaged. "Just Thinking" is a new part of the Premium tier here in Your Pathway To Growth. It will be a space for reflection, perspective, and clarity; writing shaped by lived experience, mentoring conversations, and what I continue to notice along the way. Over time, it will likely include Premium-only live calls and other content meant to support thoughtful growth without noise or pressure. I want to be honest; I do not yet know exactly what all of the Premium tier will become, and I do not yet know what the long-term price will be. This is not a finished product. It is a living space, and part of its value for some may be in helping shape it. For those who feel drawn to that process, I am now opening a founders’ option at $5 per month for full Premium tier access. This is for people who would like to be part of the tier development, offer input, and be grandfathered into this low rate as the Premium tier, and its price, evolves. If that resonates, now is the time to step in. Your presence, perspective, and support are genuinely appreciated, and will help guide what this community becomes. No pressure. Just an open invitation. 👉 https://www.skool.com/your-pathway-to-growth-5059/plans

@Stephen B. Henry I did try that, but it didn't let me do anything. I just tried one of the items, I can go back and try each one to see.

💬 A Quiet Invitation
I do not know about you, however my life has never moved in a straight, steady line. If yours does; if each step builds neatly on the last; if momentum comes easily and stays that way; you can stop reading right now. This is probably not for you. I am writing for those whose path has been more uneven. For those who know what it feels like to care deeply about what they are building, and still find themselves interrupted by overwhelm, burnout, or quiet self-doubt. Not constantly, of course. Just often enough to slow you down. Just often enough to make you question yourself. I am writing for those who have tried other programs, frameworks, or mindset tools. Some of them may have helped in the moment. Some of them may even have worked briefly. But they did not hold. They required too much force. Too much certainty. Too much performance. My new course, Inner Posture, Outer Progress, is for those who are not broken, unmotivated, or lacking discipline; but simply tired of pushing against themselves in order to move forward. It is not a magic fix. It is a grounded approach to mindset, identity, and sustainable growth. It is for people who: • Have experience, not just ambition • Are building something meaningful, not chasing shortcuts • Want steadiness more than intensity • Are open to reflection, but resistant to hype • Know that growth is possible, but do not believe it needs to hurt This is not a challenge. It does not promise transformation on a timeline. It does not ask you to become someone else. It is a short, grounded course about inner posture; how the stories you live inside shape how you experience the work you care about outside; and how releasing pressure often makes consistency possible again. If you recognize yourself here, you are welcome to take a look. If not, that is perfectly fine. This was written for a specific kind of person. You will know if that person is you. You will find Inner Posture, Outer Progress in our community classroom, near the bottom. Your Pathway To Growth community is free to join. There is a nominal registration fee for the course. More information can be found in the "Buy (Purchase) Items" folder in the "What You'll Find Inside" course module in the classroom.

📌 Clarity and Direction
What is one thing you have realized this year that changed how you approach your work or decisions?

An interesting question. One thing I did this past year was begin working on a book with my sister. We are writing a fictional story based on our mother and her dementia journey. We work via Zoom and also have done a couple of in person sessions. It hasn't really changed how I work, but it is something I share with my clients on occasions.
📌 Focus and Overwhelm
When things start to feel scattered, what helps you regain a sense of focus, even briefly?

🗓️ The Fallacy of New Year’s Resolutions
The idea of the New Year’s resolution is built on a quiet assumption; that meaningful change begins when the calendar turns. We divide life into neat segments, years, quarters, months, as if growth waits politely for permission from a date. It does not. Life does not move in annual cycles. It unfolds moment by moment, decision by decision, breath by breath. Resolutions often fail not because people lack discipline or desire, but because they place change at a distance. When improvement is postponed to a future marker, it subtly reinforces the belief that now is incomplete or unsuitable. January becomes a promise land, while today is treated as a holding pattern. This framing turns growth into a performance scheduled for later, rather than a practice lived now. Life, however, is not experienced in quarters or planning horizons. It is experienced in conversations, interruptions, moments of clarity, and moments of doubt. Real change rarely announces itself at the start of a year. It arrives quietly; in a realization, in fatigue that can no longer be ignored, in the recognition that something must be set down or approached differently. These moments do not consult a calendar. The resolution mindset also tends to be additive. Do more. Try harder. Fix everything at once. It assumes that progress comes from piling effort on top of an already full life. In reality, growth often begins with subtraction. Letting go of what no longer fits. Choosing what matters. Clearing space rather than filling it. These are decisions made in the present, not decrees made for a distant future self. When change is rooted in now, it becomes humane and sustainable. It does not require dramatic declarations or perfect starts. It asks a simpler question: What is the most honest next step available to me in this moment? That step may be small. It may be quiet. It may not look impressive. Yet it is real, and reality is where life actually happens. The calendar can be a useful tool, but it is a poor guide for transformation. Awareness does not reset on January first. Clarity does not arrive quarterly. Meaning is not measured annually. Life is lived now, and now is always enough to begin.
