The morning session from Monday was great and I feel still so tired I think it’s the session but I can’t wait to re-do the recording. The night of the session exactly when the second class would have started I woke up ( it was 1.30 am here) because of a belly discomfort that I had. I felt it could have been some release from the past life or something I ate. Can’t really tell but I have been exhausted since. I think I’m due for another run thru to finish up. I wonder if you would add a past life guidance in the meditation section , I would love to do more! Kisses to all
