FriYAY! This or That
Happy Friday, all! Let's have some fun and get to know each other a bit more! This or That... Travel Edition āœˆļø - Window or aisle seat? - Overpacking or carry-on only? - Plan every detail or figure it out there? - Tourist attractions or off the beaten path? - Hotel or Airbnb? - Fly or road trip?

- Window or aisle seat? Window is first choice if available. Then center. I like to be last one off the plane. Helps my nervous system. - Overpacking or carry-on only? Overpacking - Plan every detail or figure it out there? Def planning the whole thing in advance - Tourist attractions or off the beaten path? Tourist attract - Hotel or Airbnb? Airbnb if more than 2 people otherwise hotel is fine, free breakfast is a plus - Fly or road trip? Def flying

@Olivia Radcliffe yeah, I’m slow and I don’t want to be in anyone’s way. ā˜ŗļø I don’t like crowded areas so I avoid them when possible. I wear the sunflower lanyard when I fly. šŸ™‚
This is my planner.
And this is also my planner. Is it overkill to have two planners? Maybe. Is it wildly helpful for how my particular brain works? Absolutely! My digital planner is where Overachiever Olivia lives. That’s where the big ideas go. The shiny projects. The ā€œthis would be amazingā€ launches. The 174 hours and 15 minutes of backlog tasks staring at me like. It captures ev-er-y-thing. It’s endless. It’s ambitious. It’s slightly delusional in the best way. 😜 And then… There’s my physical planner. This is where Calm-It-Down Olivia shows up. This is where I look at all those shiny digital ideas and ask: - What actually moves me closer to my goals? - What realistically fits into this week? - What other hats am I wearing? - When am I going to shower? My digital planner is infinite. My paper planner has limited space. (And my Virgo-ness refuses to allow me to write outside of the given lines...) And that limitation is actually where the magic is! It forces clarity. It forces prioritization. It forces me to remember that I am in fact a human with time boundaries. Both planners serve different parts of my brain — and instead of fighting that, I built a system that works with it. šŸ‘‰ So now I’m curious… What works for your brain? Are you: šŸ“± Digital-only? šŸ“ Paper-only? 🧠 ā€œIt’s all in my head and that’s going greatā€¦ā€? (And PS if you haven’t found your system yet — that’s okay! That’s literally what we do here. We build businesses that work with your real life, not against it.)
This is my planner.

Love your paper planner Olivia 🤩. I use a paper planner (month at a glance), using a Pilot erasable pen, where I put my day job meetings, personal appointments, my 13 year old’s appointments, and my business related meetings, webinars I plan to attend etc. As you can imagine, all of this barely fits inside the boxes on a 8 1/2 x 11 size month at a glance planner, so I was adding sticky notes for the overflow. Luckily, I learned about The Big A## Planner late 2025 which is an oversized planner that has larger daily boxes that allows it all to fit better. I have the 2026 and I’m loving it! I also use my phone Icloud calendar to put some of these same personal and business entries so that I can set reminders for them. My day job meetings (which uses Google) are synced to my ICloud calendar automatically with reminders already set. For to dos, I either add them to my paper calendar or I use index cards and keep in my purse (adding to it and marking through completed items).

Today, a book I am coauthor in launched and a livestream was recorded on Facebook. This is my second time participating in this particular book collaboration and my third international best seller! The experience has been fabulous for me and I never thought I’d be an author bc I don’t like to write but I can talk šŸ¤“.
Your opinion, please! šŸ™
I’ve been behind the scenes this week reorganizing the Classroom and adding fresh trainings — and it’s all coming together around five core pillars of the Cold Coffee Club. Before I put the finishing touches on everything, I’d love a little pulse check — which pillar are you most drawn to right now? No pressure, no deep explanation needed… just whatever makes your brain go, ā€œOoh… that.ā€ Here are the 5 pillars: 🧠 Pillar 1: Mindset (Rewrite the stories that are blocking success) ā° Pillar 2: Time + Energy (Get the most done in the time you actually have) šŸ’° Pillar 3: Revenue Systems (Turn your ideas into income without the hustle hangover) āš™ļø Pillar 4: Operations Systems (Make your business feel lighter by fixing what’s happening backstage) šŸ¤– Pillar 5: AI (Let tech do the heavy lifting to save you time/energy/etc.) I’m polishing the trainings inside each one, and your answers help me shape where we go first! Which pillar is calling you most right now? (Or… which one are you avoiding because it feels super hard? šŸ˜…) And if you’re not sure yet, that tells me something too!
