There’s something I come back to often… especially on the days when progress feels slow. It’s the story of the Chinese bamboo tree 🌱 For four years… nothing seems to happen above the ground - No visible results.Just soil. But underneath?A deep, strong root system is being built. And then in the fifth year…🌿 it grows up to 80–90 feet. Not because it suddenly decided to grow…but because it was ready. I think about this often in life… and in business. Sometimes it can feel like:💭 “Is this even working?”💭 “Am I doing enough?”💭 “Why is everyone else moving faster?” But what if…you’re just in your root-building season? ✨ The consistent learning✨ The showing up when no one is watching✨ The small steps that don’t feel like much None of it is wasted.
