Competitor Copying 1:1 Everything But Main Image
Hi guys, how can I deal with this? A new competitor with a fairly new website copied every single one of my products 1:1, with the same title, descriptions, prices, urls, everything, he just changed the main featured image with some AI Image. What can I do in this case because now he competes with me on every single Shopping search ad (checked). What options do I have and how should I handle this? Many thanks!

Domain switch
hey everyone, i have an old gmc which i recently started running again, performance isnt bad revenue wise, but insanely high cpc (4$+). i was told to go for a domain switch, what would be the best/safest way to do this?

@Nixon Lee Damn! Have you switched to a .co or completely different domain? I would like to give this a try as well. What does your CPCs look like now?

@Badou Padding Nice! Quick question on this. How did you do it safely? Did you only switch the domain extension, or did you move everything to a completely new domain? And did you use redirects or any specific setup to avoid issues?
General store structure question 🙏
US general store, feed-only PMax, 700+ products. Had good ROAS earlier this year, but lately it dropped — I think a lot of my winners were seasonal and faded. My old setup: one main PMax for testing → when a product hit ~10 orders at good ROAS I moved it to a separate winners PMax. Then I saw Chris say never move products out of the campaign they perform in 😅 Questions: 1. Best structure for a general store — main PMax + Standard Shopping booster for zombies/new products, or main PMax testing + separate winners PMax? And if winners get separated, do they stay in main too or get excluded? 2. New products barely get spend with 700 products in one PMax — booster campaign, or trim the feed to proven sellers first? 3. Once stable, raise budget daily when above break-even, or 10–20% every 3–5 days? Appreciate you guys 🙏

@Zak Ecom what CPCs are you currently getting with the P-Max catch-all campaign? Did yours increase? For me the CPCs skyrocketed and I suspect the domain may be blacklisted as it has been talked here before

@Zaid Bsl I had $2 which is still a lot and lately with a new campaign over $3 which is impossible to make profit with. In australia with the same domain I had $0.4-$0.5 last year until December and afterwards it got to $1 and never went down. Niche is general for these. I'm trying to figure out if the CPCs increased that much due to the competition or if the problem is with the domain. Does anyone know what would be the normal CPCs now in US for General Stores?
What to do with returns/refunds
Been dealing with some return request lately. Does anyone have a good flow/SOP on how to deal with this? For example what partial refunds to offer and when to actually let them return it. Do I let customers return it to my fulfillment in China? And what partial refunds to offer? I started with 10%-30% but no one accepts the partial refund
