What’s up guys! My name’s Flavio, I’m 18 and I’m from Charleston, South Carolina. Right now I work in the cleaning business with my dad — I clean an office and a couple of clinics at night, so it’s definitely a grind. I joined this group because I’m looking for a real change and I want to start scaling instead of just doing the labor myself. My goal is to grow the business, get more leads, hire people, and build something bigger. I’ve also tried junk removal before, and I know it has great margins, so I’m hoping to use what I learn here to level up in that area too. Excited to connect and learn from everyone here!

@Daniel Lee I think we need to improve the number of services we offer, because for now, some of what we have are done by me myself, and others by my parents, and there's no way I could bring in a third party to do them because that's what pays the bills. So for now, it would be a matter of getting leads and turning them into appointments.
