No reason why you can't repurpose your material to as many other platforms as you wish, if you want to expand your listener audience. Do it!

@Lillian Wisdom most welcome! In that case it definitely makes sense for you to opt for a shorter length. But even when you are at home a slightly longer one of 20-30min can be good to listen while in the bath, doing house work or cooking, etc. What have you gone with in the end, out of interest?

Good eye catching thumbnail. Love the colours. Could you increase the title and logo to match the width of your tagline to make it more readable and stand out better? Also this is fine for a YT video but a lot of podcast thumbnails are in a square format, so you might want to make another version as a square so your faces don't get cut off.
