I have never regretted it - work phone is just for work and personal phone is just for personal! Means I can just switch the work phone on to check messages each day or so during the holidays, and even during term time I only look at it 2-3 times a day. Also trying to get people to email rather than text, making it clear it's out preferred form of communication.
