I’ve set August 7 as my launch date for my first online course as well as to have a beta version of my app done… Any advice on making sure I stay on the task as well as what I should be doing for a marketing perspective to make sure I get people into my funnel and webinar?

One of the biggest mistakes I see coaches and creators make is trying to solve the wrong problem in their business. They’ll spend hours tweaking content, trying new platforms, even re-recording VSLs when the real issue is this... They haven’t framed the right problem for their audience. If your offer solves a problem your audience isn’t already aware of, or worse, not feeling urgency around, your funnel will always feel flat. Most of the time, it’s not the copy, the ad, or even the funnel that’s not working. It’s that the problem you’re solving doesn’t feel urgent enough to buy. Once you nail this, the messaging, the funnel, the automation, it all starts to click. What’s one surface-level problem your audience complains about… that might actually point to a deeper pain? 👇
