On my beach walk this morning, the gears ⚙️ started churning...somethings about my business, my 3 skool communities, and what I wanted for breakfast became so clear for me. ✅ Breakfast - nut & seed mix, greek yogurt, maple syrup and blueberries ✅ Business - created scripts for a few video ads and YouTube episodes I am recording today ✅ This Skool community - watch the video 👇 📊 Let me know in the poll after watching the video what's important to you in 2026 (and feel free to expand in the comments)

I love this, the direction it is taking. It will be interesting to learn more about summits, generally be more visible, with authenticity...

@Brenda Rigney Happy 2026 too. It's been very slow moving as haven't focused much on it. But getting more clarity and back into it.

How are you doing after the switch into the new year? Are you ready for a great 2026?

It's been slower for me to be honest this month as there's a lot happening already and definitely want to avoid burnout, but I'm ready for a amazing year!
What’s your member-growth strategy going into 2026?
Not the goal — the plan. Are you focusing on: 1️⃣ Content 2️⃣ Community challenges 3️⃣ Summits (hosting or contributing) 4️⃣ Paid ads 5️⃣ Posting daily 6️⃣ Direct outreach 7️⃣ Something completely different? Drop your number (or mix of numbers). Always curious how other people are approaching growth 👇

Peppermint
Yes... It's Christmas! My time of year! This is the time of year that Peppermint gets the spotlight. 🔦 But did you know that Peppermint is deserving of attention year-round? Let me tell you a little about our beloved Peppermint: 🍬 🌿 Peppermint Essential Oil — What It’s Good For Physical support - Headache & tension relief — Cooling sensation helps ease pressure and tight muscles - Digestive discomfort — Supports relief from nausea, bloating, gas, and cramps - Respiratory support — Opens airways and promotes easier breathing - Muscle & joint soreness — Soothing and cooling for aches and fatigue - Sinus congestion — Clears stuffiness and promotes airflow - Nausea & motion sickness — Calming to the stomach when inhaled - Energy & fatigue — Stimulating without being jittery - Cooling fevers & overheating — Provides a refreshing cooling effect - Itching & minor skin irritation — Soothes when properly diluted - Oral health support — Freshens breath and supports gum comfort Mental & emotional support - Mental clarity & focus — Sharpens attention and alertness - Stress-related tension — Relieves the “tight and wired” feeling - Mood uplift — Refreshing and invigorating when feeling sluggish - Grounding during overwhelm — Helps bring the mind back to the present Environmental & practical uses - Natural deodorizer — Freshens rooms and fabrics - Seasonal support — Especially helpful during winter congestion - Insect deterrent — Naturally repels ants and spider 🌱 Very Short Origin Note Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) is a natural hybrid of spearmint and watermint, first cultivated in Europe and now grown worldwide. The essential oil is steam-distilled from the leaves and flowering tops. 🎄 Christmas Season Recipe Peppermint Cocoa Comfort Diffuser Blend A cozy, festive blend that feels like a deep breath on a cold winter night. - 3 drops Peppermint - 2 drops Sweet Orange - 1 drop Vanilla oleoresin (or substitute Benzoin if needed)

Thank you for sharing this and for the Christmas recipe! I love peppermint too but didn't realise about all the benefits you shared. Great to know!
Patterns I’m Seeing as We Look Toward 2026
After talking with about 30 women this week — inside my communities and outside of them — I started noticing the same things being said over and over again. Different businesses. Different stages. Very similar thoughts. Here’s what I kept hearing, almost word for word: “I have no clue when it comes to marketing.” “I feel like I’m already doing all of this… but I don’t see any results.” “I want to grow my community, keep people engaged, and actually get results — but consistency is hard.” “I’m building things, but nothing feels connected.” “I want steady, qualified clients without posting mindlessly every day.” “I know I need systems, but the tech feels overwhelming.” “My emails go out, but they don’t make sales.” “I want to grow my audience first… then rebuild things properly.” “I want a business that works with my life — not one that drains it.” What stood out to me wasn’t a lack of ideas or ambition. It was that so many women are trying to solve one piece at a time, hoping that this funnel, that platform, or one more tweak will finally make everything click. So here’s what I’m seeing — and gently recommending — across the board: This isn’t about finding 20 different solutions. And it’s not about one magic thing that suddenly fixes everything. Marketing alone won’t solve it. Funnels alone won’t solve it Email alone won’t solve it AI alone won’t solve it. What actually works is building an integrated ecosystem — where your offer is clear, your message is consistent, your visibility feeds your list, your systems support conversion, and your business supports your life. If you’re heading into 2026 with similar thoughts, you’re not behind. You’re just ready. I’ve been listening.I’m hearing these patterns clearly. And I know you’re not the only one feeling this way. This post isn’t about telling you what you should do next. I’m genuinely curious: Who else is feeling this right now? And what are you doing — or thinking about doing — to help solve for it?

It's all of them really... And I totally relate to all those who are working full time, have young children to raise whilst building a business on the side. But I am hopeful for 2026!
