Why women over 40 have an advantage on LinkedIn
If you’re a coach or consultant over 40, your age is not a barrier on LinkedIn. It is one of your biggest advantages. Your real-world expertise, lived experience, professional judgment, and the roles you’ve held all build trust faster than a polished but generic profile ever will. That is why I think so many women underestimate what they already have. Your LinkedIn profile should not read like a flat list of credentials. It should help people understand: - Who you are - What you know - Who you help - Why they should trust you That is where your experience becomes an asset, not just a backstory. While a lot of people are still trying to sound impressive online, women over 40 often already have the depth, pattern recognition, and credibility that clients are actually looking for. The question is whether your profile reflects that. Are you using your LinkedIn profile to show the depth of your experience or just listing where you’ve worked? Chelena 🖤

Thank you Chelena! LinkedIn is definitely one area I need to leverage.
Why Skool is making me way more $$$!
I've been on so many teaching platforms it's almost embarrassing. I told myself the last one would be the last one! BUT then I found Skool... And Skool has made ALL the difference! - It took me over 3 years to grow my Facebook group to just under 250. Now my Skool community is already at 275, and it's only been a few months. - I struggled earn $ previously. Since I've been in Skool my income has gone up 4x. - I didn't have good communication with students before. Now they are all accessible in my Skool community, with no algorithm to hide my messages from them. What's so different about Skool? A lot. But in a few words: - Students have more proximity to me, which builds trust faster. - They can see the entire classroom, so they can quickly upgrade to get access to new lessons. - Skool runs ads to free communities to help with traffic. Approx. 50% of my members came from Skool search! I'm sharing exactly how I grew on Skool compared to what I was doing before in my Speaker Session of the Build To Be Seen Summit!!! (Page 2) And don't miss the free workbook to help you grow your community. See you there!!! 😊

One of the best ways to grow is to support each other on Skool. So let's do that 👇 Drop a comment with: 1. Your Skool community name + link 2. Who it's for (in one sentence) 3. What members get when they join Then scroll through and join 3 communities that genuinely interest you. Not to game the algorithm. Not for a follow back. Because you're actually curious and want to connect with people building cool things. Let's help each other get those wins 🙌

Hi everyone ! I'm Carole 👋 I became a mum at 43 and spent the first year thinking, "Why does everyone else seem to have this figured out?" Turns out... they don't. We're all just navigating in real time. Who I support: Mums 40+ with little ones who are holding it together beautifully on the outside but quietly struggling on the inside. What I offer: A free Skool community called The Tea Break Sisterhood where midlife mums can find calm, connection, and permission to not have it all together. Think: gentle audios, monthly tea chats, real conversations, and being in a space where you can show up exactly as you are. No performance required. Grateful to be here and connect with you all! ☕
