Webhost Account Issue
Hello, please I need help. I paid for webhost last week, the transaction was successful and money was debited form my account. My webhost account was pending and for some reasons they told me the account could not be created and my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. It's over 5 days and I have not gotten a refund. I could not continue the classes as I do not have a WordPress profile yet. What can I do please, I have sent couple of messages to webhost, the money is not refunded yet.

@Ayman Houssary thanks for your response. What do I do if the money is refunded and I still cannot get subscription from dreamhost? Would you allow me use a different host? I am still going to try with dreamhost once I get a refund, I am only asking if it doesn't work, is there an alternative? Attached is a notification of the payment made to dreamhost on the 11th of March. Thank you!
