11/30 Once again my teeth continue to further erupt. Today I woke up (~9:30) with my gums pretty enlarged near some teeth, particularly the premolars. On the afternoon (~5pm) I took some pictures and confirmed I was able to see and feel new parts of my teeth in my mouth. My palate also looks significantly more U-shaped, as my expansion continues. These past few days I've been wearing R2 and toe expanders, only.

How long do I have to hold the thumbpulling during each set?

Just wearing R2. Seems like my body is still absorbing the stimulus I provided it. I'm just keep going faster and faster. It's crazy. My ribcage also recently expanded a lot and my posture looks like top 90%. I also have more energy, sleep less, feel happier, sing much better, etc. these past few weeks.
