I can't tell you how many things I repaired with a duck tape during my adventures. From clothes to bottles, lamps and even a crack in the hull of a kayak! So that I don't have to carry the whole large roll with me, I wind a large amount onto half of an old credit card. This way, it takes up much less space and retains its properties.
