Hi everyone! My name is Felipe and I’m very excited to be here and lend a hand in the development of this platform in the future. I love hospitality but particularly bartending and, specially, the world of spirits – the history, traditions and people that inspire them. That’s why I say that there is no spirit that tastes bad, only it’s not the most adequate to your palate! So let’s start getting into them, as well as bartending and cocktail recipes so we can all enjoy everything that’s in front of us. That aside, I’m a bartender at the newly inaugurated Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Palma de Mallorca. I still don’t have a fixed venue but only good things await me from here.
