Working through the course solo, here's mine! Local Early-stage founders who are spending most of their time thinking about or working on their businesses struggle to find people they can share the challenges they face, because most people can’t relate. Online Communities or Free Networking events fail to solve the problem for a few reasons. Strong Relationships are complex to form online, due to physical distance and digital overwhelm. Free networking or free communities don’t have enough structure or consistency to form lasting relationships and are not structured in a way that promotes authentic open sharing, which can result in lost momentum, isolation, and high stress levels.
