Hablando con mi Madrina
Carmen, mi madrina, es de Puerto Rico. Tiene 95 años y era profesora de secundaria. Estuve un par de días con ella y le explicé que estoy ententando a mejorar mi español. Eso lo hizo sentir muy contento y empezó a enseñarme cómo hablar correctamente, en lugar de usar jerga. Antes de eso, no sabía que las estaba mezclando. ¿Hay palabras que hayas descubierto que sean jerga en lugar de palabras formales?
